We are a company owned by Carrick District Council that is charged with managing and maintaining the 3800 council houses in Carrick. We look after about 150 leaseholders on behalf of the Council and manage other garages, shops and land in neighbourhoods with council housing. The company is owned by the Council and any profits made are spent on improving housing in our district. We believe we are not only providing a high quality housing service but we are also changing both our neighbourhoods and our homes and making life just a little better. We have set out very clear objectives for ourselves on: * Integrity and better government. * Delivering excellent housing services. * The efficient management of public money. * Making every home we manage a decent home. * More rented properties. We only started in 2004 but we have already met some big challenges. £14m has already been spent on improving homes and next year we will spend the final £8m. This work on making our homes decent has transformed not only the properties but the lives of the people who live in them.
