We are a company owned by Carrick District Council that is charged with managing and maintaining the 3800 council houses in Carrick. We look after about 150 leaseholders on behalf of the Council and manage other garages, shops and land in neighbourhoods with council housing.
The company is owned by the Council and any profits made are spent on improving housing in our district. We believe we are not only providing a high quality housing service but we are also changing both our neighbourhoods and our homes and making life just a little better.
We have set out very clear objectives for ourselves on:
