Caldmore is a provider of affordable homes in the Walsall area. As a housing association, our key activities include letting & managing affordable homes and working with local partners to develop new or improved homes for people in housing need. We currently manage over 1,600 homes and plan to develop more each year, depending on demand and opportunity.Our prime purpose is to improve the quality of life for those we serve by offering a diverse range of housing, care and support services.
Caldmore is a charity providing housing and care services to those in need - especially to those who require our support to overcome disadvantage. We aim to improve the quality of life for local people through the provision of affordable homes and support services tailored to meet individual needs. We believe that the neighbourhoods in which we operate should flourish and be empowered to improve as a result of our activity. We also believe that we have an important role to play in community regeneration. |
