| CESSA Housing Association has 206 flats in the Portsmouth/Gosport area for letting on assured tenancies to former military personnel and their spouses, partners, widows or widowers who are over 60 years of age. Parents and children of service personnel of the same age are also accepted, as are former Reserve Forces and MOD civilian employees. Its sister charity CESSAC manages a further 89 flats owned by Greenwich Hospital, a Crown charitable foundation and located in Southsea(36), Saltash(32) and Greenwich(21) for occupation by ex RN, RM and WRNS personnel and their spouses, partners, widows or widowers. |
