Byker Bridge Housing Association is a charitable housing association, registered in 1973 under the Industrial & Provident Societies Act 1965 as Carr-Gomm (Tyneside).

Byker Bridge Housing Association aims to provide services to single, homeless, isolated and/or vulnerable men & women over the age of 18, including:
- permanent or long-term supportive accommodation;
- life & social skills training;
- education;
- information;
- health care;
- occupation in a range of safe environments.
