BDHT Ltd. is a registered social landlord (RSL) providing affordable accommodation and associated services in and around the district of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
We were formed in March 2004 as a result of a large scale voluntary transfer (LSVT) from the local authority, Bromsgrove District Council. We purchased the 'council houses' from them, and we are the largest provider of affordable housing in the district.
We provide not only general needs housing, but also specific accommodation for elderly people, and we manage the homeless hostels for the local authority. We work with a range of partners to provide our tenants with not only secure and comfortable accommodation, but safe, viable and attractive communities. |
