We own 26,000 homes in central England and we have a strong reputation for delivering great services and great results.
We’ve been in housing for nearly 50 years and have doubled in size since 2003. By 2016, we want to be one of the country's top three providers of high quality affordable homes, supporting thriving communities. We also want to be central England's leading affordable housing developer. In June we started building homes which we will market for outright sale and have ambitious plans to build 1,500 new homes every year by 2016. We invested £42 million in new homes this year and formed a strategic regional partnership with private housebuilder Barratt. |
