The organisation make a key contribution to the creation of thriving and sustainable communities.
Blueroom Properties is the commercial arm of Places for People and works towards the development of communities that include a mix of tenure and household income is in line with both the Government's focus on neighbourhood renewal and the Group's commitment to providing better places to live. Blueroom make a significant contribution to meeting both these aims. Currently have over 600 properties in management and 400 in the development pipeline representing a total investment of over £100m. These investments are located in towns and cities throughout England and Scotland.
This is a private limited company which enables Places for People to operate commercially within the wider housing market. The Group can therefore offer the widest range of housing and regeneration solutions, while income generated by activities is recycled to fund social housing developments. |
