Following a lengthy selection process to find a suitable partner and months fine-tuning arrangements, we are delighted to announce that on 28th April 2011 Friendship Care and Housing and Beechdale Community Housing have formed new housing association.
Friendship now owns and manages a portfolio of more than 4,500 properties across the east and west Midlands which includes larger family housing in Birmingham and continues to provide comprehensive care and support services across the west Midlands.
The new partnership with Beechdale (who will retain a local board of management) will see association continue in their work to improve efficiencies, cost effectiveness and regenerate their communities to the benefit of both the customer and the business |
