Ashton Pioneer Homes is committed to improving services and homes. Ashton Pioneer Homes (APH) is an award-winning, not-for-profit organisation with some 900 homes situated in the St. Peter's ward of Ashton-u-Lyne, close to Ashton town centre and its facilities. We only work in the West end of Ashton where we own and manage 900 homes.
We are an independent organisation run by a board of fifteen voluntary members comprising 1/3 Tenant directors, 1/3 Independant directors and 1/3 council nominees.
The board sets the overall strategy for the company and its policies. The day to day management of the company and implimentation of its policies is left to the full time staff of housing professionals. They are commited to working with tenants and their representative group Richmond and West Tenants and Residents Association to deliver high quality and continually improving services. |
