Anchorcall is a telephone alarm system which, when installed in a person's home allows them to call for help whenever they need it. By activating the alarm users alert the support centre staff, who offer reassurance and quickly arrange for help to be sent. The team at the Anchorcall support centre have immediate access to all customers' details and can respond quickly and appropriately.
Depending on the nature of the call, they provide assistance by contacting friends, relatives, a doctor or emergency services. If the operator cannot hear the customer, they will automatically call for help on their behalf.
Anchorcall provides cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
