Anchor Care offers a home care service to older and disabled people needing personal care or domestic help in order to continue living in their own home.
Anchor Care is a registered charity with a wealth of experience in providing home care services. As a member of the United Kingdom Home Care Association it follows their code of practice.
Before placement with any client each care worker must undergo Anchor Care's own training programme. The work of all care workers is supervised and monitored. If one decide to use the service, staff will assist in planning how and when the care will be delivered. The organisation appreciate that flexibility is important and will always try to change the arrangements to suit needs.
In some areas of the country a Live-in service is provided. This service provides a care worker who lives in their home, providing the care needed, when needed. As well as companionship the care worker can offer help with a range of tasks including personal care and practical help.
