Alliance Homes is a community-based social enterprise based in North Somerset. We have an annual turnover of more than £28 million, employ around 240 staff and work in partnership with local, regional and national agencies.
We own around 6,500 properties and provide housing and housing-related support to 8,000 people.
We were established in 2006 to manage homes which were transferred from North Somerset Council. Our vision remains to achieve stronger communities, better homes and smarter business.
We are dedicated to providing good quality homes and actively encourage our tenants to get involved to help shape our services.
As well as providing affordable homes, we also offer support services to help people live independently in their home. Meeting carbon reduction targets and reducing energy bills for our tenants is a priority for us, as we establish ourselves as a market leader in renewable energy
