Description
We are one of the largest housing providers in England with over 56,000 properties in more than 120 local authorities from Newcastle upon Tyne in the North East to Plymouth in the South West. We provide a range of housing and community focused services to the 161,000 residents living in our homes.

Our approach is to put our customers first. As a national organisation we' re able to deliver more consistent and improved services as well as generate cost savings that we can reinvest in new and existing homes and in improving the quality of life in our communities. Our operational and financial strength is combined with a tangible focus on local delivery, driven by the views of our residents. This commitment to being sensitive to local issues is supported by our network of local staff and local partnership work aimed at improving services and opening up opportunities for residents.

As well as renting, repairing and managing homes we are also one of the country’s top developers of new homes. Last year we completed 1,049 new homes. We make our homes accessible to as many people in need as possible through specialist and innovative housing support schemes. First time buyers, social tenants, those in housing need on waiting lists and key workers are among those who benefit from this flexible approach.
