Aelwyd is a Charitable, Christian Housing Association providing rented homes for people in housing need. Currently all of its housing stock is situated in South Wales, and the vast majority of the units are flats for the elderly. Aelwyd works closely with the local Churches and communities in providing a good quality service to some 300 tenants. The work of the Housing Association is directed and overseen by a voluntary Board of Management, who are actively involved in strategic and policy decisions and responsible for monitoring the performance of the Association.
Aelwyd provides accommodation for people in housing need. Almost all of the properties we provide are flats and are suitable for people over 55 years of age. We do however have a handful of flats and houses for those under the age of 55. |
