Advance exists to enable people with either a learning disability or mental health problem to realise their individual potential as valued citizens.
We want to provide the best housing, support and employment options available to people with learning disabilities or mental health problems in order to make their lives better. People are at the centre of our work, and we consider their needs from a holistic point of view; we aim to make sure they are involved in the way their services are run, where they live, who they live with and who supports them.
Advance began in 1974. Now, more than thirty years later, we provide a flexible range of housing and support options, as well as innovative services like home ownership, employment and personal safety training. |
