The members of the Adactus Housing Group build, renovate and manage affordable housing for rent and sale. The Group's principle subsidiaries are housing associations, legally known as Registered Social Landlords, and regulated by the Housing Corporation.
The Adactus Housing Group was formed in August 2002 although its members trace their origins back to the 1960s.
Following the completion of County Palatine Ltd's transfer of engagements to Family Housing Association (M'cr) Ltd in 2005, and the subsequent renaming of the merged company to Adactus Housing Association Ltd, the group comprises five independent companies:
* Adactus Housing Group Ltd (the Parent)
* Adactus Housing Association Ltd
* Acuna Ltd
* Beech Housing Association Ltd
* Palatine Contracts Ltd
Adactus is responsible for deciding on the group's overall direction and provides central services such as marketing, internal audit, board and committee services, quality management and personnel and training. |
