Acis owns and manages a wide variety of properties in and around Lincolnshire, including 9 sheltered accommodation schemes, and lets quality, affordable homes to some 3700 customers in the local area.
Acis Group is proud of its Lincolnshire roots and is located in purpose-built, modern headquarters, in Gainsborough, on the north-western edge of the county. This location puts Acis at the centre of the Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire region.
Acis Group’s north-west Lincolnshire base allows the Company to serve its customers in its West Lindsey ‘heartland’ to best effect and also offers an ideal location for business expansion, giving easy access to adjacent housing opportunities in the area.
Acis is now embarking upon an expansion plan, building and acquiring homes in new, neighbouring geographical locations and the Company intends to increase its housing stock to 5,000 units by 2012. This growth is being realised through a combination of activities, including acquisition, new build and management contracts.
There is also a commitment at Acis to diversify activities through business development in ‘non-traditional’ and service markets. Acis is consequently establishing a Group structure and in the future business will be developed through subsidiaries, which can be set up as necessary, in line with business need. |
