Acis owns and manages 5,000 homes across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire, including nine sheltered accommodation schemes.
It was formed initially in 1999 to take on the ownership and management of properties transferred from West Lindsey District Council. Having delivered the promises it had made to its customers in West Lindsey, it soon developed a plan for growth. Further stock transfers of two estates in Sheffield strengthened Acis' reputation in the housing sector.
Acis now operates across city centre estates as well as rural areas and prides itself on playing a key role in making a big difference to the communities where it operates. Over the coming years it aims to build and acquire even more homes through further partnerships so that it is able to meet the growing needs of its customers.
With offices in Gainsborough and Sheffield and presence in villages across the region, Acis is working right in the heart of the communities.
