We are a subsidiary of the Group, managing around 4,500 properties across 13 local authority areas. We have been providing a local service to our communities in the North West for more than 30 years.
We operate in suburban and rural locations, managing a mixture of refurbished and newly built homes, and we plan to deliver more affordable homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale in the future.
We pride ourselves on building strong, sustainable relationships with our partners. This helps us to deliver not only housing, but true community investment to those areas in which we work. |
