Ability Housing Association specialises in providing disabled people with housing, care and support services tailored to their individual needs to enable them to live more independent lives.
We have built up a reputation as an organisation that puts its tenants' individual requirements at the heart of its housing, care and support solutions. The Association is one of only 29 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in England which have been evaluated by The Housing Corporation as 'cutting edge' for its Best Value approach.
Our aim is for Ability Housing Association to be regarded by funders, partners and disabled people alike as the 'first choice' provider of housing and care services through our innovative and user-centred approach to developing Best Value solutions tailored to meet individual needs. We welcome the opportunity to work in partnership with other Registered Social Landlords, local authorities and voluntary organisations where we can provide our expertise in developing and managing specialised housing. |
