Marjorie Baker House is set in a pleasant garden and is purpose built with 12 units for single or double occupancy. It is a very short stroll from the centre of Colyton with its shops, Post Office, Bank, Health Centre, Library and beautiful surrounding countryside. Residents have their own units comprising a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, lounge with small kitchenette including a microwave oven, fully equipped shower room including toilet and wash basin, and entrance lobby. All other furniture, including curtains and bedding, is provided by the residents, who have their own room and front door keys. A door entry system is provided for residents' visitors.
