Housing Association Marketing Data for Commmercial Use

We have been collecting and selling Housing Association marketing data since 1997.

We update our data every weekday not once or twice a year.

There are currently 2,282 Social Housing Organisations on our database and we aim to update the top 1250 every 3 months.
Organisations with less than 50 homes are checked once a year and everything else every 6 months.

Unlimited access to all our data on and offline for 1 year costs £450 for a single user and £550 for multiple users. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

We offer a selection of lists, priced at £150 (Ex. VAT) for the first list and £50 (Ex. VAT) per additional list you buy as part of the same order. You can choose from the following job areas:

Business Executives, Finance and Procurement Managers, Property Fabric and Development Managers, Communications and IT Managers, Customer Services Managers, HR Managers, Legal & Chair

Please note: Each list contains the number of individual named contacts we have in the job title. If there is no ‘Named Contact’ in a particular job title the Housing Association data will not be included.

We also sell an Unlimited Licence to access all our data for one year for single and multiple users. This is our master list and contains all the data we hold on Housing Associations and the people who work in them. This data is constantly updated and you will have unlimited access to it for 365 days. We do not include individual named contact email addresses in any licence as we don’t sell them.

Sorry but we don't sell named contact email addresses.

We have seen lists of Housing Association data with 'Senior Management' email addresses and they are very poor. If we were to release our contact list of 4500 emails this would get circulated very quickly which would damage our brand and good name that we have spent 13 years building in the sector.
