At the request of a long standing client we started collecting Tender & Contract data at the beginning of 2016. The client knew how proficient we were at collecting social housing data and challenged us to do the same with contracts. Coming from a background in social housing maintenance helped a little but the sheer amount of data and the seemingly endless number of tenders with no Contract Awards or confusing Frameworks helped us to understand that gathering related information and evidence was going to be key. We collect everything that we think would be useful to our clients working in the housing sector to help them win more business.
All this information is available on HousingNet in tables, charts, statistics and maps. We have built tools so you can access what you need when you need it and export the data to spreadsheets. We can also help you upload it to your own systems.
We understand that websites and web tools are never ‘finished’ and are just as good as you can get them at any one time. Development of HousingNet is ongoing and has been since 1997. We are driven by our clients feedback and suggestions and in developing this way you get the data you need and we build a lasting relationship which is pretty much the way it’s been since we started.

We built this database to enable clients who sell products and services to Local Authorities to see who their competitors are selling to and the value of the invoices.
Due to the number of records that can potentially be displayed we have added a ‘Search within results’ function. We concentrate on those Local Authorities that own and manage their own housing stock but we do aim to collect Expenditure sheets from everyone.
The Expenditure database can be searched by ‘Company Name’ or ‘keyword’ eg. ventilation.
