 Stock Transfer Local Authority housing stock which has been transferred to a housing association to obtain finance so that the government's Decent Homes Standard for their housing stock can be met by 2010. RP (for profit) Under provisions of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008, Registered Providers of Social Housing will replace Registered Social Landlords in England (not Wales). Profit-making Registered Providers will now be permitted. These will be subject to the same standards and address the same housing priorities as non-profit Registered Providers. Profit-making registered providers will be able to claim the Stamp Duty Land Tax relief for acquisitions by Registered Social Landlords where the acquisition is assisted by public subsidy. TMO A Tenant Management Organisation is a means by which council tenants and leaseholders can collectively take on responsibility for managing their homes. YMCA Young Men's Christian Association, a non-profit organization one of the largest providers of safe, secure and affordable supported housing for young people in England.

In the export panel you can see the titles of the recipients we hold on the database. Some will be duplicates as the Chief Executive of the Parent company will usually be the same for its subsidiaries.
