FAQ
|
How many records are there on the database?
Housing Organisations – 2,301
Local Authority – 438
How often is your data updated?
We update in real-time from a number of different sources so changes are being made every working hour.
The organisation that I work for isn’t listed in your database, what should I do?
Click here to send us an email and let us know.
What is the ‘Top 400’?
Many Parent Housing Organisations are ‘non-stock holding’ so if you exported all organisations with 1 or more unit in management you would be excluding some of the biggest Social Home providers in the UK. In the Top 400 we have totaled all the housing stock owned or managed by each Parent giving you a sorted list of the biggest movers and shakers in the sector.
Do you guarantee your data?
No we cannot, there is too much of it. We do though guarantee that we have the best available contact data of this type by far in any media in the UK.
Does the export contain contact names for Executive Management and Heads of Departments?
In the export panel you can see the titles of the recipients we hold on the database. Some will be duplicates as the Chief Executive of the Parent company will usually be the same for its subsidiaries.
Can I export the email address of these ‘Contact Names’?
No. Only general email addresses for each organisation e.g.. admin@ha.org.uk can be exported.
How do I receive the data?
All data is exported in spread sheet format.
How many times can I export data?
Depending on the licence that you purchase you can export data as often as you wish over a 365 day period or for 7 days from the time of activation.
Can I speak to someone on the phone?
We would prefer you sent an email. If we can’t resolve your question that way we can call you.
What if I don’t like what I get?
You would be the first client in 10 years that asked for their money back and if you were that unhappy we would certainly consider a full refund.
