About Us
The first stop for information on UK Social Housing Organisations
Since 1997 Housingnet has been delivering the broadest publicly-accessible database of Social Housing Organisations across the UK. It is now recognised as the most comprehensive source of information on social housing organisations’ housing stock and their management teams. Searching on Google for ‘UK housing associations’ presents Housingnet.co.uk as the first in the list.
The broadest, most up to date coverage
Unfettered by government or quasi-government organisational control, Housingnet’s scope is broad, currently managing details on over 2,722 Housing Associations (‘HAs’). Maintenance is constant: about 60,000 updates a year are made to the database – by Housingnet staff who proactively monitor activity and check information sources in the sector and by the HAs themselves through a self-service portal. Apart from its service to visitors and subscribers, Housingnet supplies independent data to organisations such as the National Housing Federation, the Chartered Institute of Housing, Capita, and Ordnance Survey.
Aside from providing information about stock and contact points, the web site provides links to the HA’s own site and other data providers, allows HAs to post job vacancies, and offers services such as a Housing Points Calculator.
Marketing Opportunities
Housingnet is funded by registration fees and advertising. You can
