Concise, Timely, Communicative
Launched in May 2011, Housingnet’s 60 Second Housing News is a daily ‘heads-up’ summary of news items related to the UK social housing sector. Designed to be concise and free from bloating images, The 60 is a simple list of headline summaries - with links to the full stories on the news providers’ websites - delivered to its subscribers’ email inboxes each working weekday morning.

Executive audience and employees
The 60 is aimed at senior managers and employees in, or working with, UK Social Housing organisations. The readership includes the Chief Executive or Managing Director of over 1,190 Housing Associations. It reaches at least one senior manager in over 1,279 HAs and 3,766 individual senior managers working in Housing Associations UK wide.
There is increasing take-up by other professionals in both Housing Associations and other organisations with an interest in social housing. The subscription list currently runs to over 12,550 professionals working in the UK Social Housing sector.
Housingnet commits to never using the subscription list for direct advertising purposes outside of the daily 60 Second Housing News emails, and the list will never be provided to outside agencies.
